We do not have a timeline for when the library will reopen.

We have a small pop-up location at the County Administration building on Wednesday, Thursday, and Fridays from 11am - 1pm. We cannot provide office services at the pop-up.

Bluefield
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00 – 5:30
Tuesday: 11:00 – 8:00
Saturday: 9:00 – 1:00

Pocahontas
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 12:00 – 5:00
Saturday: 10:00 – 2:00

Richlands
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00 – 5:30
Monday: 11:00 – 8:00

Tazewell
Closed for Renovations

Library cards can be replaced for $1.00 at any of our four locations.

Go to My Account. Enter your name and your library barcode.
Select "My Account" in the top right corner.
Select "Checkouts" on the left side of the screen.
Select the item(s) to renew.

Some items may not be able to be renewed online due to a Hold or it is too soon to renew.

TCPL library cards expire every two years. Call or visit your nearest TCPL library. We will need to update your address and phone number.

You can drop off books at one of our four locations.

We do not accept encyclopedias, National Geographic magazines, or text books. Books should be in good condition.
