For Vendors (Wait list)

The Comic Con is currently nearing capacity. Filling out this Google form below does not guarantee you a spot at the Tazewell Comic Con on Saturday, October 22. Instead, if a vendor spot opens up, you will be contacted in the order received on this wait list. You can only request one table.

If you are on the waitlist and a spot opens up, vendors must pay an upfront, non-refundable $10 table fee. Vendors on the waitlist are limited to one table.

  • Food Vendors must have a Virginia Department of Health permit and show proof. This permit must be turned in before the actual con. Please send proof to this email: jwilkes@tcplweb.org
  • Artists & writers must attach an example of their work to the application or send an email to jwilkes@tcplweb.org with a link to their work.
  • Community organizations do not need to pay the $10 fee, but should offer a free craft, items, activities, or books that are Comic Con related.
