Planning Your Garden @ Bluefield Library
The Bluefield Branch of the Tazewell County Library (108 Hufford Drive) and the Tazewell County Master Gardeners are offering a monthly series of garden talks with companion children activities and weekly hands on gardening experiences. These sessions are all free though preregistration is required. Please call the library at 276-326-1577 to sign up.
Tuesday, March 21 -Planning Your Garden
This program covers choosing your garden spot, determining your soil conditions, deciding which vegetables and flowers to plant, making a map (including which plants get along well together), ordering/buying seeds
Children’s program: Take Home Potato Box
We will also have a Hands on Gardening program on Monday, March 27th.
